The patient has severe right-side bending and many issues with the cervical spine. The treatment involves both Invisalign and MCB splint therapy. The lower jaw, which was twisted to the right, is shifting to the left. As the lower jaw moves left and MCB splint therapy improves cranial distortion, changes in the nasal septum make breathing easier. With the lower jaw shifting left, the position and shape of the condyle are changing. Changes in the occipital bone are also observed.
